From AdaM at 2009-10-02 17:17:37 : I will always remember my last experiance with this bus, it was a cold December morning and I had to be in Kilmarnock pretty early. I was at the bus stop waiting for what I had expected to be a Trident but this bus turned up and the heating wasen't working. I wasen't very pleased about that.
